I know how this feels — because I hear it almost every day.
You’re not passive and you’re not avoiding your life. If anything, you’ve done more than most people.
You’ve changed environments.
You’ve made difficult decisions.
You’ve walked away when something didn’t feel right.
And yet… you keep ending up in situations that feel strangely similar.
Different people.
Different context.
Different surface.
Same outcome.
And the question that starts to sit underneath everything is:
“What am I missing?”
One part of you says:
“I’m doing everything right. I’m taking action. I’m not staying stuck.”
Another part quietly responds:
“Then why does this keep happening?”
You try to stay rational.
“Maybe I just haven’t found the right person yet.”
“Maybe this industry isn’t for me.”
“Maybe I need a better strategy.”
So you adjust again.
You change something external.
You refine your approach.
You try to do it better this time.
And for a while, it feels different. Until it doesn’t.
Here’s the part most people don’t see:
You’re not repeating situations.
You’re repeating a pattern of thinking, feeling, and responding that quietly recreates the same result.
Not consciously. But consistently.
It can look like:
On the surface, your actions look different each time. But underneath, the same internal position is driving them.
Every pattern has a root and it’s rarely logical.
It’s usually one of these:
So even when you change the situation… you bring the same internal structure into it. And the result follows.
This is why it feels so frustrating, because effort is not your problem.
You’re already:
But effort applied at the wrong level only reinforces the pattern. You end up doing more… inside the same structure.
This is not the full repair — but it’s where awareness begins.
Not after!
Ask yourself:
“What am I assuming right now that feels completely true?”
That’s usually the pattern speaking.
Not the situation — your state inside it.
Are you:
That state is more predictive than the situation itself.
Real change doesn’t come from changing behaviour. It comes from restructuring the pattern at its root:
That’s not something you “hack”. It’s something you work through — precisely.
Because if you don’t see the pattern… you will keep changing:
And still arrive in the same place.
Not because you’re doing something wrong. But because you’re bringing the same structure with you.
This is the work I do.
I help you identify the pattern you’re operating from, understand what’s actually driving it,
and restructure it at the root — so the results change for real, not temporarily.
If you recognise yourself in this, I offer a limited number of private 1:1 sessions focused on this level of work.
